Shoes for Orphan Souls leads short-term mission trips throughout the year to deliver new shoes and God’s love to children in countries around the world. Volunteers experience the “soul” of Shoes for Orphan Souls by personally ministering to children.

As a trip participant, you will visit different orphanages where children from infancy to age 18 live. A typical day begins with group devotional and is full of spiritual and physical work. At many of the orphanages, the teams involve the children in a program similar to Vacation Bible School where they share the love of God.

In addition, you will deliver shoes, medicine, toys and most importantly, love to each child. Finally, to better understand the country you are serving, the group will experience cultural events and historical sightseeing. Buckner handles all the details of your overseas travel.

Trip participants are responsible for raising their own support. We can help provide tips for fund raising; many of our past participants raise their support through family, friends and church.
